About Me

I was a NCAA Division 1 gymnast for The University Of Illinois At Chicago and competed from 2018-2022. While competing I was apart of the national team in the USAG Gymact league which took a 3rd place finish. I currently hold state records from my high school gymnastics days in the IHSA during 2014-2018. My event was the still rings which utilized complete core and upper body mastery. My background extends to the biomechanics of everyday functional movement, rehabilitation and strengthening of joints/tendons, and conditioning of not only the body, but mind as well.
